Discord: How can I set XMG as a Server Tag in my profile?

Introduction

With our Server Tag, you can show your affiliation with our "XMG & Friends" community directly on your Discord profile. The tag features a green heart and the letters "XMG" and is also visible outside our server.

Members of other servers can click on your tag to access our server profile directly. There, they can learn more about our community and potentially join it. By displaying the tag, you can help us spread the word about our server and attract more members from across Discord.

Setup

Click on your username or avatar in the bottom-left corner and select "Edit Profile".

In the profile preview, click on "Server Tag" next to your username.

Select "XMG & Friends" with the tag "XMG" from the list and click "Save".

Your Server Tag is now active and will appear next to your username on Discord, both on your profile and in chat conversations. Example:

Please note

  • Only one Server Tag can be displayed on a user profile at a time.
  • Using the tag is entirely voluntary and does not come with any perks or other benefits.
  • Selecting a Server Tag does not require Discord Nitro, so it's completely free.
  • You can remove the tag or replace it with another server's tag at any time by following the same steps.
