What warranty do you offer on desktop PCs?

We offer a standard 36-month manufacturer's warranty on our desktop PCs. This warranty covers all key components and, of course, our labour during assembly. In plain language: should components fail or faults occur within the warranty period that are not your fault, we will take care of it – free of charge.

Our services in the event of a warranty claim:

• Pick-up & return service: If problems arise that cannot be resolved via remote diagnosis, we will collect your PC from your home and return it to you once it has been repaired. We will, of course, cover the transport costs. So you don't have to worry about a thing and there are no additional costs.
• Free advance replacement: For easily replaceable components, we offer a special service: If you wish, we will first send you the replacement part under warranty before you send in the faulty part. This means that, for example, if you have a faulty RAM module or a broken SSD, you can continue working or gaming straight away and don't have to wait for the repair. You then simply send the faulty part back to us as soon as the replacement arrives.
