How is the PC shipped – is it securely packed? What accessories are included?

Our PCs are always packed securely for transport. Inside, a transport protection made of expanding foam stabilises heavy components, particularly around the graphics card.

On the outside, we use the original packaging from the chassis manufacturer, including its padding. After unpacking, the internal foam padding must be removed from the chassis before switching it on for the first time.

Accessories that are part of the system or relevant for future upgrades are included. Depending on the configuration, these may include screws, cables and accessories from the motherboard or case packaging, which may not be installed in the delivery state depending on the desired configuration.
